Sacramento County's Labor Relations team is part of the County Executive Office, headed by the Assistant to the County Executive for Labor Policy and Negotiations.

The Office of Labor Relations is further comprised of a Labor Relations Supervisor, three Labor Relations Representatives/Officers, and administrative support:

The Office has also has delegated authority to Human Resources staff from the Department of Personnel Services to serve as chief negotiators on behalf of, and under the supervision of, this Office.
